The PhD DAY 2024 returns on May 23rd! The event is promoted by the four doctoral courses of the School of Engineering of the University of Florence, and it has the aim to facilitate knowledge between doctoral students and contamination and exchange of experiences among different research fields, as well as the meeting with the world of businesses.
The event is open to everyone, especially doctoral students, students and professors, and this year is expected a large participation of local companies.
The program includes presentations by doctoral students (12 for each of the three Departments) and a poster session, individually and by research group (maximum 5 people). Doctoral students apply through the site and it will be possible to vote for the best presentation and the best poster - only from @unifi.it or @edu.unifi.it emails.
There will be 6 winners, 2 for each department, one for each competition "Best Poster Award" and "Best Presentation Award", who will have extra resources available for research and mobility.
