Elections for doctoral student representatives on the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department Council are scheduled for Thursday, 27 November 2025.
A PhD student member must be elected to the Department Council from among the PhD students enrolled in the PhD programme in Civil and Environmental Engineering, which is administratively based at DICEA UNIFI.
Are entitled to vote PhD students affiliated with the Department currently in service.
Each eligible voter may vote for one third of the names to be elected pursuant to Article 47, paragraph 1 of the current Statute, and therefore express one preference.
Additional votes are invalid.
Votes are cast by writing the surname or name and surname of the chosen candidate, adding the date of birth in the event of homonymy.
Among doctoral students who have obtained an equal number of votes, the most senior in terms of tenure shall be elected and, in the event of equal seniority, the oldest in terms of age.
The polling station is set up electronically with the Eligo online voting system and will remain open for voting from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, 27 November 2025.
