With D.M. 1061 of 10 August 2021, new ESF resources REACT-EU were allocated for active and accredited research doctoral programs under the 37th cycle.
The measure implements Action IV.4 – Doctorates and Research contracts on Innovation and Action IV.5 – Doctorates on "green" issues of the new Axis IV of the Research and Innovation 2014-2020 PON “Education and Research for Recovery – REACT-EU”.
In particular, action IV.4 of the program aims to promote research on the themes of innovation, digital and enabling technologies, and support the enhancement of human capital as a key factor in the development of research and innovation in Italy.
Action IV.5, on the other hand, aims to enhance human capital on issues geared to the conservation of the ecosystem, biodiversity, reduction of the impacts of climate change, and promotion of sustainable development.
Research activities must be consistent with the lines set out in the SNSI and PNR in order to promote the dissemination of an open approach to innovation and greater interchange between the research realm the industry.
